Yesterday, protesters were outside of the State House calling to end distracted driving in Massachusetts.
The group called for the House to pass a bill that would ban MA drivers from using handheld devices.
Massachusetts and Maine are the only two New England states without hands-free legislation.
The Senate passed bills in 2016 and 2017 that banned texting and driving, but these do not count all hand-held devices.
