Nikki Haley announced her resignation today as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. President Trump accepted her resignation.
Haley said she would serve through the end of 2018 and won’t be running for president in 2020.
She also said, "I'm a believer in term limits. I think you have to be selfless enough to know when you step aside and allow someone else to do the job."
