A woman in Attleboro, MA was at a dog park this past Wednesday with her male dog when an incident ensued that she was not expecting. While there, another man and his two pitbulls were also at the dog park and one of his dogs started humping her dog. Apparently after numerous times of the woman telling the man to assist with getting his dog off of hers and to break up the "humping", she called police after he failed to do so and based on the way he was handling the situation. The man, Franklin Baxley, whipped out his phone and started recording the woman on the phone with the police at the dog park. He was outraged that someone would call the cops due to this type of incident.
Baxley is now claiming he thinks the cops were called on him because he is an African American male. He thinks if he was white, the cops would not have been called. He was quoted saying :“I’ve experience that enough times to know what it’s about."
