Biden: "It's a white man's culture & it has to change."

Joe Biden was in New York City at an event held at the Russian Tea Room that was hosted by his own foundation, the Biden Foundation and a non-profit "It's On Us". He was there honoring young people on campuses who have helped combat the ongoing problem of sexual assault on college campuses. During his speech, he expressed guilt and regret for not being able to help Anita Hill in the Clarence Thomas hearing. Biden said: "To this day I regret I couldn't come up with a way to give her the kind of hearing she deserved." He went on to say he believes Anita Hill "should not have been forced to face a panel of "a bunch of white guys".

Watch Biden's remarks HERE.

As you heard there, later in his speech, Biden went off on how "English Jurisprudential culture" is still present today and that that "white male culture" where men would rule over women and laid hands on them without consequences, needs to end.

After these remarks from Biden, people are saying he is on his "apology tour" to prepare himself for running as a 2020 presidential candidate. Do you agree that Biden is just playing to the liberals in saying he "wishes he could have done something" or does he believe that? Is he on an apology tour or what? Not to mention, I'd argue we do live in a very different time than the 1900s, where women are more powerful than they have ever been and there are consequences for men who attack women. If we've learned anything from the Harvey Weinstein take down, women are a force to be reckoned with.
