CNN's Don Lemon has been accused of sexual assault at a bar called "Murf's Backstreet Tavern" in the Hamptons, back in July of 2018. A bartender named Dustin Hice claims Don Lemon was hanging out at Murf's during one of the nights he was working. Hice says he offered Lemon a free "Lemon drop" shot but Lemon rejected it. He went on to say that some time later Lemon went up to him, "put his hand down the front of his own shorts, and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers in his mustache and under his nose.”
Don Lemon is denying these claims of sexual assault against him. The bartender, Hice is demanding $1.5 million in damages. He claims he has been left embarrassed and he has to endure painful ridicule at his place of work.
