Vape store owner sues MA over temporary ban

A vape store owner is filing a lawsuit against Massachusetts over the 4-month ban on the sale of vaping products.

Behram Agha, the owner of VaporZone, is looking to overturn the vape ban. Agha must lay off 11 employees from his four shop locations.

Agha is seeking a temporary court injunction and named Gov. Charlie Baker as one of the defendants. He is asking the judge to lift the ban due to fears of bankruptcy.
