Have you ever seen an octopus try and take down a bald eagle? Well get ready, because after seeing this video you can officially say you have! Out of Vancouver Island, Canada, two salmon farmers came across a bizarre encounter where they witnessed something in the water that did not look normal. It was an octopus with it's tentacles wrapped around not just any bird, but a bald eagle! Have you ever heard of such an encounter?! These salmon farmers decided to intervene and try and help out the bald eagle get free. One might have thought they were Americans, partaking in such a patriotic act such as saving a bald eagle...but they are Canadians!
As you can see, the salmon farmers up in Canada did succeed in freeing the bald eagle! If you ever came across a scenario like this or really any survival of the fittest scenario in your every day life, would you intervene?
