Joe Biden was on Fox News Sunday with Chis Wallace to discuss South Carolina and his campaign. At one point, POTUS Trump's nickname for Joe, came up, "Sleepy Joe". Biden joked around and boasted that he is not "sleepy". In the same breath, Biden went on to then thank "Chuck" for the interview and his time. The problem with that is that Biden was not talking to Chuck Todd, he was talking to Chris Wallace on Fox News...
Is this an honest mistake by Biden? Can you blame him for mixing up two names that begin with a "C", Chuck & Chris? Or is this another sign and symptom that Biden is not mentally fit to be the President?
