House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made some public statements from home via C-SPAN during her weekly press conference that grabbed some people's attention. We're used to hearing our officials tell us to diligently wash our hands, be clean, take precautions, and shelter in place to "flatten the curve", but has anyone told us to "dance" yet? To be more specific, to "dance like no one is watching"? Well, that's exactly what Nancy Pelosi told us all to do as her final peace of advice to the public. She said across the airwaves: "Hydrate. Wash your hands. Pray. Dance like no one is watching."
I'm okay with this advice since I love to dance but is this a little too cute during such a sobering time?
