Did the West Virginia Governor drop an "F Bomb" during a news conference?

West Virginia Governor Jim Justice is under the spotlight now for appearing to audibly drop an F bomb during a news conference he had regarding the state's response to COVID-19 and reopening the economy. What it appeared that Gov. Justice was saying is that local businesses throughout the state should proceed to partially open "only if they f*****g follow the guidelines to keep West Virginia safe." Did he or didn't he drop an F bomb? As juvenile as it might seem, the audio is actually quite humorous. The Gov. is claiming he did not drop an F bomb, it was an audio glitch that occurred during the feed. Take a listen and watch his lips...you tell us if he dropped an F bomb or if it was a glitch!

After the news conference, the Governor did put out a short video addressing the claim that he dropped an F bomb. He denied it was ever said and is standing by his claim that it was an audio glitch. The Governor's office put out a statement with what they claim was his actual statement and what he actually said in regards to encouraging businesses to reopen and that they should do so only "if they can follow the guidelines."

So what do you think? As much as I think it would be funny if he did say it, I do not believe that was what he actually said. I'm more inclined to believe it was an audio glitch...just my opinion though, what's yours?

In addition, he claims he's NEVER said the F word. Now I think that's a bridge too far. At this point you're over-selling that. I don't believe he's never said the F word. Sure he might not use it in his everyday conversation or terminology but it's very unlikely he never said the word. Come on
