The Girl Scouts of America, have unveiled a new cookie they are introducing in 2021! The new cookie is a French Toast inspired cookie named "Toast-Yay". The cookie is a toast shaped cookie with a french toast flavor that is dipped in icing. The Girl Scouts will be selling this new cookie next cookie season, that is set to roll out January 2021. Don't fear though, they will still be offering your favorites from them next year including: Thin Mints, Lemon-Ups, Lemonades, Samoas/Carmel deLites, Tagalongs/Peanut Butter Patties, Do-si-does/Peanut Butter Sandwich, S'mores, Trefoils/Shortbread, Toffeetastic, and Caramel Chocolate Chip.
I don't know about you but I'm excited about this! It's the little things we have that we have to hold onto; especially during this pandemic where we don't have much good going around. Who doesn't love cookies and this is just a simple thing that the Girl Scouts can do to give people something to look forward to, not to mention it's great marketing where you pump up this new cookie in anticipation of your upcoming cookie season. You roped me in! Now, I'll still be having my favorite Tagalongs and Thin Mints but this will be a nice addition to add to the mix!
