"As far as I’m concerned, that’s stealing, and no one who sits in one of these public positions should steal, period. That’s like, you learn that when you’re in second grade.”

Those were the words spoken by Governor Charlie Baker yesterday, when he announced the disbanding of Troop E after overtime fraud.  He even went so far as to suggest the violating Officers should lose their pension:

“If it’s up to me, I’d take it away, period."

The Governor also suggested GPS monitoring of all State Police Cruisers and mandatory body cams for Officers.
