Kaepernick files to trademark his hair & face

The politically charged ex NFL Quarterback and new face of NIKE, has decided to trademark the image of his hair and face. He wants to protect who can use his "likeness" in the future. After NIKE put out billboards of his face and famous afro, Kaepernick has thought this a good idea. The specific details of the trademark are for the black and white image of his face and hair.

No, this is not a joke. He's serious. He feels as though his image is so powerful that he needs to protect it... For those who don't know why Colin Kaepernick is well known, he started out as a quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers and famously knelt during the national anthem to protest racial inequality in America between law enforcement and blacks. FYI, Kaepernick has not played in the NFL for going on 2 seasons now and believes it's a conspiracy by NFL owners to keep him out... He has since been the face of #BlackLivesMatter and more recently NIKE in their "Just Do It" campaign. People have been protesting the NFL's players protesting the anthem and President Trump has deemed the players actions, disgraceful.

Kaepernick carries on fighting against what he believes is racial inequality in whatever way he can.
