BRIDGEWATER, MA (WBZ-AM) A person was taken into custody in Bridgewater Monday morning following reports they stabbed a man and woman at a home on Yoke Road.
The stabbing happened around 5 a.m. A witness said it appeared to be a family dispute.
Police say that the two victims were taken to an area hospital, where they were treated for serious but not life-threatening knife injuries.
Captain Thomas Schlatz of the Bridgewater Police Department says that the suspect identified Andrew Soto of Leesburg, Fla, is known to the victims. He had flown in the area Sunday night and was picked up by the family. Soto is due in Brockton District Court later Monday.
