St. Louis Blues bring 11 yr old Laila Anderson to Boston

The St. Louis Blues 11 year old super fan Laila Anderson had the surprise of her life when the team invited her to Game 7 in Boston against the Bruins. Anderson has been featured numerous times throughout this series as she is a known fan there in St. Louis. She is not an ordinary little girl. Anderson suffers from Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocystosis, or HLH. It is a life threatening immune disease where Anderson has had to undergo chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant; so in other words, she's one tough little girl! Her mother, surprised her with the news by recording her telling her daughter the exciting news. The reaction is nothing short of a tear-jerker so have the tissues ready!

Is that not precious? What a special gift for her to go to Boston to see the most important game in this Stanley Cup Finals series! Congratulations to her! VB thinks she should be dubbed the Bruins banner captain at tonight's game to show how "Boston Strong" we are. Waffles disagrees and thinks 1) she would not want to hold a Bruins banner. 2) The NHL should feature her with a Stanley Cup flag or banner and represent both teams. She should be featured but not for just the Bruins. Who do you think should be tonight's banner captain?
