Sacramento cameraman caught on a live mic talking trash about his job!

A Sacramento, California cameraman working for the TV station KCRA was caught using expletives and trash talking his job on a hot mic he was unaware of! KCRA was live streaming on their social platforms Twitter and Facebook much to the surprise of this employee of theirs. The cameraman was covering a grass fire in the Sacramento area and while he was stationed there, he unknowingly started talking to another cameraman about a photographer they know and then about the job. During their little chat, multiple expletives were dropped followed by some trash talking about having to cover a story the cameraman was less than pleased with covering...

Take a listen to the conversation caught on a hot mic...*beware their are multiple curse words*

Tough break, huh? If you work in broadcasting you always need to be aware that live mics and hot mics could and might be on and to be VERY cautious talking around them even if you think they are off. It can happen and does, given this example. I can't help but find it funny though. It brought a smile to my face and made my day! I feel for the guy because I know how easily it can happen, heck it's happened to me but luckily I wasn't saying anything bad. Word of advice, just be careful and always mindful when around mics!
