Did Pelosi just "short circuit" on live TV?

Friday evening, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Gader Ginsburg passed away at the age of 87 due to complications with pancreatic cancer. With her passing comes an open seat on the highest court in the country. The Republicans and President Trump want to get moving quickly with filling that vacant seat whereas the Democrats want to hold off on filling the seat and wait until after the election when they have more of what they hope is an advantage.

Sunday morning, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was on the Sunday talkies talking to George Stephanopoulis about this vacant seat on the Court. Stephanopoulis wanted to clarify with Pelosi that she is not "ruling anything out" and received an interesting response that left many scratching their heads as to what just happened. Pelosi started her answer with a delay then said "Good Morning..."Sunday Morning"...watch:

What just happened? Did she "short circuit" on live TV? Was there a technical issue behind the scenes we are unaware of? Regardless of what happened or prompted this response from Pelosi, it was quite the entertaining exchange to watch. Just watch Stephanopoulis' facial reaction change after asking her the question and hearing and seeing her response...he's trying not to smile or laugh. How can you not though? "Good morning...Sunday morning..."! Oh man, regardless of party affiliation, you have to admit, that's entertaining!
