Tyrese Gibson Says He & Dwayne Johnson Have 'Peaced Up' After Feud

Tyrese Gibson and Dwayne Johnson are back on good terms.

During the former's appearance on Stir Crazy with Josh Horowitz, the actor, 41, explained that he and The Rock, 48, have put the bad blood behind them. "Me and The Rock peaced up, by the way. We talked for like, four hours about three weeks ago," he confessed during the interview, admitting that the conservation was "great."

As you know, Gibson previously slammed The Rock for making his Fast & Furious spinoff, Hobbs & Shaw, and blamed the Hollywood titan for the delay for the release for the ninth installment of the franchise. "What's interesting about the Fast and the Furious is it's not about any of us individually," he said. "We're like the UN at this point. Everyone gets to go to the theater and say 'he and she looks like me.'"

In July 2018, Tyrese previously admitted that the public call out was "unprofessional," blaming his behavior on the psychiatric medication he was taking at the time. At that time, Johnson took to Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and described the feud as "disappointing" and "one-sided."
