Is Nancy Pelosi to blame for holding up COVID relief money?

Is House Speaker Nancy Pelosi the one to blame for the continued struggle that many small businesses across America have to endure without the COVID relief money they were promised? It appears so...and Republicans such as U.S. Representative Steve Scalise who is publicly speaking to the media on Fox News, say she is certainly the one to blame for the final nail in the coffin that is the downfall of our small businesses across the country. House Speaker Pelosi herself actually came out today during her press conference and scolded the media when they asked her about the delayed COVID relief money. She said it was not a "mistake", it was a "decision" she made along with the Democrats to hold this relief bill up. Pelosi says they had their reasons for doing so as the bill contains other elements they did not approve of...

Many Republicans and citizens are taking aim with the Democrats priorities as today they just voted to legalize marijuana but no progress on the relief bill, vaccine funding, or help for small businesses...

Despite the COVID relief bill being in limbo for months as small businesses continue to suffer and go under, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says that they have plenty of time still to get a COVID relief bill agreed upon before their holiday break, as they "have to".

There is speculation into whether Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats deliberately held this bill up until Joe Biden "won" the election and got into the White House so that it could align with his accomplishments...does that seem likely to you? Who really knows but it's possible. Take a listen to this video of Pelosi today and listen to the end of it about her comments on passing a relief bill with a "Democratic President committed to a scientific solution for this... with the idea of having a vaccine is a complete game changer from them". That would certainly give people the impression she held off on the COVID relief bill for a reason...

I'm not sure what she's talking about because she's over there saying we need to do this in a way that recognizes people need "food on the table" and need to "pay their rent". Yes....yes they do so why are you holding it up and saying you have plenty of time to decide? I don't think you have "plenty of time". I think you're saying you have plenty of time because you're waiting for Biden to take office. If there are people out their needing to pay their rent, buy groceries, buy medicine, you know what they don't have other than money? Time. So don't tell us you have time when the rest of the country does not. That's the first thing. The second thing is we have a scientific solution, we have a COVID task force at the White House...what do you think Dr. Fauci is doing there so don't act like Joe Biden is going to come in and miraculously create a vaccine and "follow the science" as if that's not already what's been going on so I think her comment is a huge disservice to the scientists working on a vaccine, the White House COVID task force, and the administration who has been trying to find solutions for cutting down on this spread. There is no "game changer". You might not like President Trump and that's fine but lets not act like his task force isn't "following the science" and informing the public on what's going on and how to combat COVID. Dr. Fauci is coming out weekly or daily warning about COVID, what to do, how to handle it, etc. If you ask me, it doesn't look good with Pelosi and the Democrats holding up the relief fund for whatever reason. It looks political and when peoples livelihoods are on the line, that's gross behavior if it's politically driven. That's what it looks like to me. Agree or disagree?
