Former Gov. Cuomo staffer accuses him of sexual harassment

When it rains, it pours for Governor Andrew Cuomo. Today, a former staffer of his, came forward with her full story accusing the governor of sexual harassment and assault. According to Lindsey Bolan (Cuomo's former staffer), the governor kissed her without her consent and at one time, asked her to play strip poker. Boylan initially made these allegations public in a tweet back in December of 2020 but only today told the full story on Medium.com in which she said: "Governor Andrew Cuomo has created a culture within his administration where sexual harassment and bullying is so pervasive that it is not only condoned but expected."

Boylan previously worked for the Cuomo administration from March 2015 to October 2018 and now she is currently running for Manhattan borough president.

The Cuomo Administration has responded to these allegations and Caitlin Girouard, the Press Secretary for the Cuomo Administration put out this statement denying the allegations:

Additionally, Governor Cuomo himself was asked about the allegations when they were first presented back in December of 2020 and he came out saying "it's not true".
