Did Joe Biden confuse the attack on Pearl Harbor with D-Day?

Did Democratic candidate for President in 2020, Joe Biden, confuse the attack on Pearl Harbor with D-Day? He was speaking to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf in a virtual interview about the state of Delaware declaring independence from Pennsylvania, what they call Delaware Day in the state of Delaware, and it's a big celebration there. During his exchange, he emphasized that on December 7th, it was the day they (Delaware) broke away from Pennsylvania so "it's not just D-Day". This statement prompted viewers to question, "Did he mean Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day when he quoted D-Day"? One defense would be that he meant D-Day as in Delaware Day, not the attack on Normandy and accidentally said it when thinking of Delaware Day...what do you make of this statement?

Now, there is no surprise that it's commonplace for Joe Biden to make verbal mistakes in front of the cameras. This has been going on for at least a year now, ever since he entered the 2020 race and was put on display. This keeps happening and yet his staff continues to make excuses for it when it does and God forbid you bring it up and question his mental condition, the left immediately deflects to "but Trump". That's not an answer, that's a distraction and deflection. Let's face the music here, to me it appears that Joe Biden is mentally struggling with his older age and showing signs of early Dementia. I'm not being ignorant or political here, I'm stating the facts of what is in front of us. The purpose of me bringing this to people's attention is not a pro-Trump agenda, it's to call out the Democrats for parading around a man who is clearly not fit to carry on such a heavy weighted job like the Presidency. Pick someone who is a good candidate AND is mentally up to the challenge because this is getting very difficult to keep watching.

I mean come on, he can't even freely speak or remember what he is talking about without a teleprompter...and even that sometimes doesn't help!
