Neither Robert Kraft, nor the 24 other men charged with soliciting prostitution in the Orchids of Asia Day Spa sting, have accepted the plea deal so far. Besides conceding that they would be found guilty in the court of law, the plea deal also requires 100 hours of community service, attend a class on the danger of prostitution and how it perpetuates human trafficking, as well as paying court fees and being tested for sexually transmitted diseases.

Broward and Palm Beach County both offer this sort of plea deal, catered to the individual's misdemeanor or felony charge, called a "diversion program". Diversion programs are set up to help first time offenders or people with a minor criminal history. If entered and successfully completed they allow for the dismissal of your charges. For example, Tiger Woods accepted and entered into a diversion program when he was charged in Palm Beach County with driving under the influence in 2017.

However, there is one mighty hero in this entire sad situation. Ed Markey, a.k.a Mr.Frosty, has gallantly stated he will donate Robert Kraft's donation of $3600 from his 2013 senatorial campaign to a anti-trafficking charity. What a noble gesture from such a brilliant guy.
