Gov. Baker calls for reform at State Police

An internal investigation revealed that nearly 30 current and former troopers may have been paid overtime for shifts never worked in 2016. Gov. Charlie Baker held a press conference yesterday and called for Troop E to be eliminated and GPS trackers to be turned on in State Police cruisers. Should every State Police cruiser be monitored through a GPS system? Kuhner says no. He believes it's an invasion of privacy. Do you agree?
