Pro-Trump hat blurred out of school yearbook photo

A pro-Trump hat worn by a student at Littletown High School in Littleton, PA was censored in his yearbook photo.

“I just think that whoever did this doesn’t like Trump," said 16-year-old Jeremy Gebhart.

Gebhart says the decision to blurr out the hat violates his First Amendment rights.

“Everybody has First Amendment rights, freedom of speech and they are allowed to think what they want and say what they want but they aren’y allowed to take that away from other people," said Jermey Gebhart.

Jeremey’s mother is upset with the school as well.

“It’s very upsetting," said Lorraine Gebhart. “Someone used this on purpose to blur out that Trump logo and make their own statement," she added.

School officials say an investigation is underway.
