President Donald Trump declared ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is dead Sunday morning at a press conference in the White House.
U.S. special operations conducted a raid in Syria that killed the ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
President Trump said, “Baghdadi’s demise demonstrates American’s relentless pursuit of terrorist leaders… the world is now a much safer place.”
