President Trump sets new guidelines to combat COVID-19

President Trump announced a set of new guidelines on Monday that Americans should follow to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Trump outlined a plan to stop the spread of COVID-19 in 15 days, during a briefing of the coronavirus task force at the White House.

“With several weeks of focused action, we can turn the corner and turn it quickly,” Trump said. “Our government is prepared to do whatever it takes.”

Trump recommended avoiding social gatherings or groups of more than 10 people.

“Each and every one of us has a critical role to play,” Trump said.

“If everyone makes these critical changes and sacrifices now, we will rally together as one nation and we will defeat the virus,” he said.
