Speaker of the House and underminer-in-chief to the President (Allegedly) Paul Ryan has decided he will not seek re-election.
The question here is: Who wants him?
To his credit, President Trump took the high road when responding to the departing Speaker, who was seen more often as a foil than an ally:
Ah, the ol' "Hail fellow well met." Well played, Mr. President... the Kuhner Man, for one, is ecstatic to say goodbye to RINO Ryan.
