Is Tom Brady happy? He "pleads the 5th"

At the Milken Institute Global Conference, sportscaster Jim Gray conducted an interview with quarterback Tom Brady. It was during that interview that Brady was asked if "he feels appreciated by the Patriots" and his immediate response was "I plead the 5th". That response, while said with a bit of humor, has some wondering whether or not Brady really might not feel appreciated. Gray pushed further asking whether or not Brady was happy and he followed up saying "I have my moments". That answer had people wondering even more...

This comes as a surprise to Pats Nation as it's presented that Tom Brady is living the life in the Patriots organization. He's had a long career as the starting quarterback, paid very well, and seems to have an influence on some of the coaching/hiring decisions. Maybe the nation is over-reacting. Can you blame them? They want their #1 guy to be happy and hope that he is so that's why it is viewed as troubling to many.

Jim Gray also couldn't help but ask Brady about why Butler didn't play in the Super Bowl. The crowd moaned and groaned, clearly surprised he asked it but as Gray said, he knew they wanted to know as we all do. Heck, we're still wondering why! Tom answered in Brady-like fashion...

What did you make of Tom Brady's answers? Do you think he's happy or just being honest? I mean we all have "our moments" right? After all, as hard as it is to believe, Brady is still human. Just because he made a little comment doesn't mean he's "unhappy" all the time. This might be a whole lot out of nothing...
