Rudy Giuliani: "Mueller Has Lost Power to Subpoena"

Look at that snarl... that's the snarl of a man who means business...

The biggest name in President Trump's revamped legal team appeared on "Hannity" on Fox News.   Rudy Giuliani, in an almost 18 minute interview, dropped pertinent information about Michael Cohen's $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels, saying “That money was not campaign money. Sorry, I’m giving you a fact now that you don’t know. It’s not campaign money. No campaign finance violation.” He went on to say that the money was “funneled through the law firm and the president repaid it.”

Another thing of the less salacious variety stood out; and Giuliani went hard after Mueller and Comey for a "Tainted investigation," and he believes that Mueller has lost subpoena power:

This is a bold new strategy from the Trump Legal Team, which raises two questions:  Is Giuliani right? And will he be the difference-maker for President Trump?

Additional:  It's not relevant to this post, but in the interview, he also called Hillary a liar.  So that's always fun to hear.
