That's Mueller crying when he retired form the FBI in 2013 - could more tears be on the way?

So... maybe these Deep State Operatives aren't as smart as they think. Or maybe the public isn't as dumb as they think.
Virginia District Federal Judge T. S. Ellis took issue with Special Counsel Mueller's powers in the case against Paul Manafort, “I don’t see what relationship this indictment has with anything the special counsel is authorized to investigate [...] You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr. Trump and an impeachment, or whatever."
Ellis followed with “It’s unlikely you’re going to persuade me the special counsel has unfettered power to do whatever he wants.”
Judge Ellis also called out Mueller for what we've known all along, only being interested in getting President Trump.
Ellis also accused team Mueller of lying.
