Dunkin Donuts has decided they are going to celebrate the Royal Wedding (like the rest of us) with a "Royal Love Donut". It will be available this week May 14th-May 20th at select locations. The donut is a heart shaped donut that is jelly filled with chocolate icing and strawberry drizzle on top.
I will for sure be getting one of these donuts (or a dozen if I decide to host a party) in celebration of Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's royal wedding being held this Saturday May 19th. This is marketing done smart on Dunkin Donuts part. The restaurant says they will indeed be open starting as early as 5am on Saturday for customers wanting to get these donuts in time for the ceremony.
