Dennis Rodman is so happy he's moved to tears

In an interview with CNN's Chris Cuomo, former NBA player Dennis Rodman opened up about his feelings about the "long road" leading up to this North Korea summit between POTUS Trump and Kim Jong Un. Rodman has been a friend of Kim Jong Un's for quite some time now, dating back through former President Obama's presidency.

He told Cuomo that Kim Jong Un told him 3 examples or things he wanted the president of the free world to know and then he'd be open to talks. Rodman was not shy about how he tried to talk to Obama and urged him to work on relations with North Korea but apparently he wouldn't listen.

This has been a long time coming for Rodman who apparently has been behind the scenes working on some sort of peace between the two countries so naturally he has a lot of emotions surrounding this summit that finally came to a head. He broke down in this CNN interview...

Rodman certainly seems happy and a majority of U.S. citizens and the world is too. Let's just hope this civil union lasts and that it's not too good to be true. There's still a lot that needs to be done but it is comforting knowing Kim Jong Un's friend seems assured so that can only be a positive sign.
