Controversial comedian Kathy Griffin brings her comeback tour to Rhode Island for a show at the Vets in Providence beginning at 7:30


Pop star Andy Grammer is in New Hampshire for an 8PM show at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom


And Pat Benatar is on Cape Cod for a show at the Plymouth Memorial Hall in Plymouth. That show begins at 8PM


Thursday brings Gordon Lightfoot to the Isaac Harris Cary Memorial Building in Lexington for a 7:30 show


Harry Connick Jr is in Providence for a 7:30 show at the Providence Performing Arts Center


Kathy Griffin is in Boston Thursday night for an 8PM show at the Shubert Theatre


Stephen Stills and Judy Collins bring their cabaret show to the Lynn Memorial Auditorium in Lynn also at 8PM


And U2 takes over the TD Garden for two nights Thursday and Friday. Both shows begin at 8PM


On Saturday, the Children’s Organ Transplant Association presents “A Benefit For Breath in Honor of Amy S”. Celebrate the life of Amy Scafidi who just received a life saving double lung transplant with dinner, karaoke and a silent auction from 4-8PM at Sissy K’s and Wild Rover in Boston


On Sunday morning, the BHZ 5K Road Race will be run starting at Barrel House Z Brewery. It benefits both the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Weymouth High School Track and Field Program and it begins at 9:30 AM


On Monday, join the Center for Information & Study on Clinical Research Participation at at Castle Island for a 5K Run & Walk to honor clinical trial volunteers who make new medical treatments possible. Complimentary Refreshments & Prizes will be provided by Starbucks and Trader Joes


Sam Smith is at the TD Garden Tuesday night starting at 8PM


And Tuesday through Thursday, Joan Armatrading takes her show to City Winery in Boston also at 8PM


Wednesday morning, join Dana Farber on Revere Beach for their Sun Safety Program starting at 11AM


Wednesday also brings the triple bill of Styx, Joan Jett and Tesla to the Seaport for a 7PM show at the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion


At 6PM the Alzheimer’s Association presents a Series of Workshops of Alzheimer’s and Dementia at the Palmer Public Library in Palmer


Also at 6PM the Crane Estate presents Cocktails at the Castle in Ipswich


On Thursday, Nickelodeon pop stars Aly & AJ are at the Paradise Rock Club


And finally, the Arts at the Armory in Somerville presents Soul Parenting for the Mind, Body, Heart and Spirit. That begins at 6:30
