It takes place around Halloween so the timing for the release of this film is appropriate as we are approaching Halloween. It features a group of college age students who go to an amusement park and get terrorized by this serial killer, all while the other patrons actually think it's part of the "show".

TV

1) Last Man Standing Season 7

Tim Allen's sitcom is back for a 7th season! TV Guide describes this season as follows:

"The political divide will split the Baxters down the middle in the Season 7 premiere and it'll start with Mike (Tim Allen) and Ryan (Jordan Masterson). The first episode starts off where the two get into a heated argument over the state of this country and the political turmoil that's keeping a lot of the country awake at night. Die-hard liberal Ryan is stressing out over every piece of breaking news that he sees and whether he wants to raise his son in this country under the current administration. Meanwhile, Mike claims the news is creating drama to keep people watching and that Ryan should focus on the small things that he can control rather than getting worked up over national politics."

Originally ABC cancelled the show to much disappointment from the over 8 million viewers! There was a lot of controversy over it due to the fact that people credit the cancellation as being biased towards conservative views (such as the one the main character had with supporting Trump). FOX picked it up and thus "Last Man Standing" found a new home!

The series premieres tonight on FOX at 8pm. They even poke fun of the "cancellation". Here is a sneak peak:

2) Blue Bloods Season 9

The popular CBS show starring Tom Selick is back for another drama filled season. The opening episode description is as follows:

"Danny takes on a personal case involving a drug cartel member, Louis Delgado who Danny believes is responsible for torching his house, and Erin is given a promotion in the DA’s office but finds herself in a challenging situation when both Danny and Jamie ask her for help with their investigations. Also, Frank and Jaime have a disagreement when Jamie refuses to stop riding with Eddie."

The show premieres tonight at 10pm, here is a sneak preview:

3) Made in Mexico

An original new Netflix series follows the lives of 9 prominent socialites in Mexico City, Mexico. The members of this high society live an extremely priviledged life and the series showcases that. Of course it's shown in spanish, the native language but featured with subtitles.

This high society drama comes out on Netflix today and you can catch a preview below:

Those are some highlights for everyone heading into this autumn weekend! Enjoy the flicks and have a great weekend!
