HOLY COW!!!! Look at that cow!

The biggest cow the world has ever seen (to our knowledge) has surfaced in Australia. Rumor has it another one exists in Italy but we've yet to see that. Knickers, the giant cow comes in at a whopping 3,083 pounds at 6 feet 4 inches tall. Now that's a BIG cow! Well technically Knickers is a steer but let that go. He lives on owner Geoff Pearson's farm in Myalup, Western Australia. Take a look at this big boy!

Luckily for Knickers, he is saved from the slaughterhouse due to his size. He is literally too big for the abbatoir. Although butchers calculate that he would produce 1,400 pounds of sellable beef and more specifically 450 cuts of steak. Geoff the owner said: "It was too heavy. I wouldn’t be able to put it through a processing facility. So I think it will just live happily ever after."

I for one am happy Knickers gets a happily-ever-after to roam his Australian pasture. I think it's sweet. I especially like the story being a vegetarian myself. Good for Knickers!
