Showtime's hit series: "Escape at Dannemora"

Have you checked out Showtime's new hit series: "Escape at Dannemora"? Well VB has and is a BIG fan! He's got all of us very intrigued and for good reason. It's gotten high reviews on Rotten Tomatoes with a positive score of 92%. While audiences alike give it just as high of a score with 88% positive. Lead actors Patricia Arquette, Benicio Del Toro, and David Morse are giving audiences something to rave about. This series is about the true events that occurred in upstate New York where a female prison employee helps three inmates escape the Dannemora prison that is based off of the Clinton Correctional Facility. Take a look at the trailer to give you an idea of what you're in for:

We here on "VB in the Middle" had the absolute pleasure of speaking with actor David Morse (The Green Mile, The Hurt Locker, Disturbia, True Detective) who plays Gene Palmer, a prison guard at the Dannemora prison where the inmates escape. VB had a great conversation with Morse on the program to discuss the Showtime series, his acting, his local ties here to Boston (he's a native), what viewers can take away from the series, oh and of course to dote on the guy! Take a listen:

Thanks again David, for coming on the program! We thoroughly enjoyed it!
