Former FBI Director James Comey, who got himself fired almost two years ago today, wrote a hit piece in the failing New York Times, targeting President Trump and surprisingly, Attorney General William Barr.
The hatred between Comey and the President has been well documented, spanning both Social Media and the White House, but for Comey to attack AG Barr unequivocally shows that Leakin' James Comey has fully succumbed to Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Lyin' James Comey has publicly praised AG Barr on several occasions over the past twelve months, even as recently as April of this year, why the sudden change of heart? Most likely, Comey is tired of Trump #Winning and just can't handle it any longer. To remind Jimmy when he still had a shred of bipartinship left in him, here is a collection of some of the positive things Comey had to say about our Attorney General, William Barr:
After a congressional hearing on December 7, 2018:
“I like and respect Bill Barr. I know he’s an institutionalist who cares deeply about the integrity of the Justice Department."
"Bill Barr is a talented person who was a good attorney general the first time. I liked him very much then and I think he’ll serve the Justice Department well."
In a speech as part of the Arizona Speaker Series on January 16, 2019:
"Bill Barr is someone who is fiercely committed to the values we have talked about here today, and he has only one thing to lose: his reputation. It ain't gonna happen. He will do what he can to protect Robert Mueller and the institution."
Speaking at the Hewlett Foundation's Verify Conference on April 11, 2019:
"The only thing I can say generally is that I think his career has earned him a presumption that he will be one of the rare Trump cabinet members who will stand up for truth & facts."
"I gather once we get the opportunity to see Bob Mueller’s work, I accept that Bill Barr’s letter accurately portrays it, that Bob Mueller found there was a massive effort to interfere in this election."

Bring a bucket, it's tough to get through.
