As does everything else nowadays, the short lived feud started on Twitter after AOC took umbrage at a tweet by Portnoy saying that he would fire any employee that messaged a Twitter user about forming a union.

One joke by a self-described "troll" lit the internet on fire and offended hundreds of moonbats everywhere, AOC being the most prominent one.

The alt-left blue checkmark brigade was in full force, ripping into Portnoy and tagging Barstool employees, various alt-left media outlets, the AFL-CIO, the National Labor Relations Board, the US Labor Department and many more easily offended millennials.

The AFL-CIO were triggered so much, that they even tweeted that it had filed a violation with the National Labor Relations Board! (They later deleted thier tweet, saying a complaint has not been filed. What a shocker, a triggered leftie overreacted and then backtracked.)

Lost in the crying and screaming by moonbats, were actual Barstool Sports employees, recognizing thier founder's joke and supporting him or playing along. For example, Dan "Big Cat" Katz , co-host of Barstool Sports' most successful podcast "Pardon My Take", played along and tweeted a screenshot of him messaging the Twitter user whom Portnoy had demanded not to.

Portnoy's response? "You broke my heart Fredo"

Doesn't he know that is the worst thing you can say? Didn't he hear Chris Cuomo call it the Italian version of the n-word?

Even Donald Trump Jr responded to the Portnoy v AOC fight.

Stay tuned, this Twitter beef has all the makings of becoming a legendary bout.
