VB had the chance to sit down up in Manchester, NH today with Democratic Candidate Tom Steyer as he was making the media rounds here at the Doubletree where we are broadcasting from LIVE. VB started off their conversation asking about the famous "Scottish" tie that he is ALWAYS wearing but then he started building up to tougher questions for Steyer as he went along. Tonight is another Democratic debate at Saint Anselm and Steyer thinks it's going to be a heated debate for sure. VB started directing the conversation towards the economy and what does Steyer have to say to NH voters and Americans as a whole who see the latest jobs report and the low unemployment rate. Steyer followed up with saying, why yes the unemployment rate is low, but with the jobs people have, they cannot live on those wages and that's the problem. Steyer went on to call the current economy we are in, a "Mar-A-Lago economy"!

Well we will tell you this, as some of you were not a fan of Steyer, you know who Steyer is not a fan of? President Trump! VB asked Steyer about what he would say to NH voters and Americans in general about the economy with the latest jobs reports and low unemployment rate. Without missing a beat, Steyer said while the unemployment rate is low, the jobs people have are not enough to live on. He went on to say he likes to call this current economy we are in with Trump a "Mar-A-Lago economy"! He continued saying "it's great for the people playing golf at Mar-A-Lago & getting drunk..." Are you happy with our current economy? Are you making more money now than you were prior to Trump becoming President? I don't know about you but yes & yes for me! I'm better off today than I was 4 years ago and I'd happy give President Trump partial credit for that.
