Fired Navy Captain Crozier, gets huge send off from sailors

Navy Captain Brett Crozier of the USS Theodore Roosevelt, was fired four days after he sent an urgent email to his superiors at the Navy, pleading for help as the Coronavirus was starting to ravage through his crew on board. He pleaded that his sailors needed to be removed from the ship and quarantined as more and more sailors were now getting infected. According to a newspaper in California, the San Francisco Chronicle, the email/letter that Captain Crozier sent to his superiors asked them for "decisive action". Additionally he wrote, "We are not at war, and therefore cannot allow a single Sailor to perish as a result of this pandemic unnecessarily."

When Captain Crozier exited the USS Roosevelt after being fired, his crew of sailors gave him a HUGE sendoff. Take a listen and watch!

I think it's safe to say Captain Crozier was deeply admired and loved by his crew, based on these videos of how the sailors gave him a sendoff!
