It's been a month since I have had any alcohol! I did this healthy living challenge/diet through Arbonne that did work great and taught me a lot about nutrition, however I did miss having a beer or some wine here and there so the very first day after my diet I couldn't resist sampling a new beer and vlogging about it for you, the viewers of VB in the Middle! My choice is a beer that I not only have never tried but it is from a company I've never had any beer from and that is Jack's Abby. I've heard good things about this company and their beer so when I stumbled upon this brew called "Shipping Out Of Boston", I thought it was perfect for "shipping" out of my diet!
