"Racist" moment Clippers player Harrell name calls Mavericks player Doncic

This past weekend during the NBA's Game 3 of the Western Quarterfinals playoff series between the L.A. Clippers and the Dallas Mavericks played in the Bubble at Walt Disney World in Florida, things got heated between Clippers player Montrezl Harrell and Luka Doncic. Harrell got worked up with Doncic and called him a "Bitch Ass White Boy" (exact phrase, pardon the language). You could see Harrell mouthing the words exactly during the broadcast; people take aim with this. This occurred during a time when the NBA is supporting Black Lives Matter and 98% of players are kneeling during the anthem. The league is aligning itself with the message of Black Lives Matter and that message being equality and anti-racism. With that, is there a double standard as Harrell has not been suspended for calling another player out by highlighting their race? Furthermore, is what Harrell said "racist"? People have been saying that naturally if the roles were reversed and Doncic pointed out Harrell's skin color he would have been suspended immediately and maybe not play again for a while...

Here is the moment that occurred between the two players on the court:

What do you make of this? Should Montrezl Harrell be suspended if the roles were reversed and people are so sure Doncic would have been? Gary Sheffield Jr. a columnist for Outkick thinks Montrezl Harrell thinks so "if the NBA really wants to live up to their equality mantra".

I'm inclined to agree with Sheffield Jr. here. I think what's fair is fair. If you're going to put the ax on inequality, you need to treat every instance of it with the same consequences and have no double standard. What do you think?
