From now on I shall call Dunkin: #basic Dunkin

Dunkin has come out with the news that they are now going to add avocado toast to their menu. I've decided I shall start calling Dunkin, #basic Dunkin seeing as how this move by Dunkin was to appease their Millennial and Gen Z customers. Avocado toast is a food staple for those generations; what avocados are to them is what water is for the other generations. Now, I'm not hating because I myself am a #basic B at times. I LOVE avocados, as a matter of fact I'm borderline obsessive about having an avocado only when it's reacted peak ripeness. I also enjoy pumpkin spice in the fall, pink drinks from Starbucks, and hell I too have a North Face fleece so there I guess I'm a #basic B. I digress though...

I think this is a smart move by Dunkin. With this move they definitely attracted me and I'm sure many avocado lovers, especially with the price! Only $2.99 for their avocado toast. HELL yeah. Other restaurants and places you have to fork over like $12 for TOAST. No thanks.

Avocado toast is not the only new item Dunkin has to offer this Spring. They have also introduced a Blueberry Iced Matcha Latte (yum) as well as Grilled Cheese Melts.

I don't know about you but I'm telling you, Dunkin always has a way of bringing me back. I guess that's smart marketing on their part so bravo to their marketing team because whoever is coming up with these new seasonal items, it's working! Will you be trying out the avocado toast this spring?
