Third Victim Dies In Jan. 4 Rollover Crash On Morrissey Boulevard

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A third person has died as a result of a rollover crash on Morrissey Boulevard on Thursday, Jan. 4, officials said.

Massachusetts State Police said a 17-year-old male victim from Roslindale, who was in grave condition after the crash, died earlier this week.

A 14-year-old boy from Dorchester and a 15-year-old boy from Mattapan were also killed in the wreck. Police said the fourth person in the car, a 15-year-old boy from Dorchester, was hospitalized but expected to survive.

Troopers said the car was stolen out of Jamaica Plain hours earlier.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
