BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — While some wish the rain would go away, storms are in the forecast for the weekend as Bostonians prepare for the return of outdoor dining.
According to Accuweather, residents are in store for a breezy Friday afternoon filled with sunshine and highs in the mid-60s. Have your raincoats and umbrellas handy as the evening will be partly cloudy with showers and temperatures ranging from the low 40s in the coldest inland suburbs to 48 in Boston.

Prepare for more rain on Saturday as clouds move in with a high near 56. A coastal storm is expected to encompass the city, Cape Cod, and the islands.
Sunday will provide some reprieve following a light shower in the morning, with a break for the sun and highs near 60.
