Dinesh D’Souza talk to Kuhner about his phone call with the president when he found out he was being pardoned.
D’Souza said, “It was a great feeling of exhilaration and also relief just too kind of get my rights and my American dream back.”
President Trump told D’Souza “you got screwed.”
D’Souza added, “The pardon is kind of a giant up yours to Obama. That’s the symbolism of it. Trump has been erasing Obama’s legacy in every which way and now in this way also.”
