Andrew Pollack, father of Parkland shooting victim, joined The Kuhner Report to discuss his new book, ‘Why Meadow Died.’
Pollack became an outspoken advocate for school safety since the Parkland shooting.
In his book, he discusses his views on gun control and why he blames Democratic policies for his daughter's death.
When asked why he wrote this book he said, “I owe this to my daughter to hold these people and these policies accountable and that is what drives me.” He added, “It kills me what they allowed to happen to my daughter at that school.”
Pollack said he ultimately blames Nikolas Cruz for the death of Meadow, but he feels obligated to hold school officials responsible too.
“I blame the shooter. I want the death penalty for the shooter, and I will throw the gasoline on him myself,” He added, “but I need to hold all the other people accountable too, my daughter would want that.”
