Former National Security Adviser John Bolton has been asked by Democrats to appear for a deposition on Capitol Hill as part of their impeachment inquiry.
Bolton has legal counsel. Attorney Charles Cooper said Bolton won't appear without a subpoena, which Democrats may issue.
Bolton left his job at the White House last month over disagreements with the president especially withdrawing American troops from Afghanistan.
