New York Governor Andrew Cuomo unveiled a new hand sanitizer on Monday created by the state. Cuomo said it will be distributed to schools, governmental agencies, MTA, prisons and more, calling it "a superior product to products now on the market." The hand sanitizer was made by New York State prisoners.
NYS Clean hand sanitizer comes in a variety of sizes and has a “very nice floral bouquet.”
"I detect lilac, hydrangea, tulips," he said.
The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19, in New York state is now at 142.
