Tom Homan says President Trump’s police reform is a good step

Former ICE Director Thomas Homan joined The Kuhner Report with Jeff Kuhner to discuss President Trump’s landmark executive order on police reform.

He said he agrees with Trump’s decision to ban choke holds “unless it’s a life or death situation.”

“He [Trump] did make it illegal in most circumstances and I agree with him,” Homan said.

Homan also weighed in on the fatal officer involved shooting in Atlanta.

Ex-officer Garrett Rolfe now faces a felony murder charge for shooting Rayshard Brooks. DA Paul Howard announced 11 charges against Rolfe.

Homan said, “I think its an over charge and I think you’re going to see some adjustments coming down the road.”
